Shipping & delivery

Costs

• Flat rate: €4.95 per order
• Free delivery on orders of €60 or more
• All prices include VAT; there are no customs charges within the EU

Dispatch

Orders placed before 13:00 CET on a working day are normally packed the same day. Otherwise they leave within one to two working days. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel is scanned by the carrier.

Delivery estimates

• France: 1–3 working days
• Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain, Italy: 2–4 working days
• Rest of the EU, including the Baltics: 3–7 working days

Estimates start from dispatch, not from the moment you order, and can stretch during holiday periods or carrier strikes.

Packaging

We pack in recycled cardboard with paper tape and paper cushioning. Fragile stoneware and glass travel double-boxed. If something arrives broken, photograph it before unpacking further and write to info@houchik.com — we replace it or refund you.

Addresses and failed deliveries

Please double-check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or nobody collected it from a pickup point, we refund the goods but not the original shipping cost.

Outside the EU

We currently ship within the European Union only. If you would like us to reach your country, tell us and we will add it to the list we work through.
