Your right of withdrawal

As an EU consumer you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. We extend that to 30 days from delivery as a matter of policy.

Condition

• Items must be unused and in a resaleable state
• Original packaging where possible; a reused outer box is fine
• Knives and other sharp goods must be returned securely wrapped
• For hygiene reasons, opened food-contact consumables cannot be returned

How to start a return

Email info@houchik.com with your order reference and what you are sending back. We reply with a return address in France and instructions. Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered.

Refunds

Once the parcel reaches us and passes a quick check, we refund within 14 days to the original payment method, including the standard outbound shipping cost when you return a whole order. Express shipping surcharges are not refunded.

Faulty or damaged goods

Manufacturing faults are covered for two years under EU law. Send photographs and your order reference and we will arrange a replacement, a repair, or a full refund including return postage — your choice where the law allows it.
