Who is responsible

What we collect

• Order data: name, delivery address, email, phone number, order contents
• Payment data: handled by our payment provider; we never see full card numbers
• Correspondence: messages you send us and our replies
• Technical data: basic, non-identifying information needed to serve the website

• To take payment, ship your order and handle returns — performance of a contract
• To keep accounting and tax records — legal obligation
• To answer your questions and prevent fraud — legitimate interest

Who else sees it

Only the parties who make an order happen: the carrier delivering your parcel, the payment provider processing your payment, and our hosting and email providers. They act on our instructions and may not use your data for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records are kept for ten years to meet accounting law. Correspondence is kept for three years. Marketing consent is kept until you withdraw it.

Your rights

Transfers outside the EU

Your data is stored in the European Economic Area. Where a provider processes data elsewhere, we rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
